What is the shelf life of THE Rum Cake?
Our rum cakes are best if consumed within 9 months of purchase. Refrigeration or freezing will prolong shelf life without changing the quality or taste.
Are your rum cakes gluten-free? What about food allergens?
HAPPY ISLAND RUM CAKES contain wheat, eggs and milk.
Do the cakes contain nuts?
Pecan nuts are only in the Vanilla pecan and CARROT CONTAINS (NUTS)
What is the liquor content in The Rum Cake?
It contains 2.5% alcohol so that it is appropriate for AGE 21 OR OLDER. If you are feeling tipsy after enjoying our rum cake, you are simply high on our delicious taste of the CARIBBEAN. In other words a shot in every bite, yes our Cakes are marinated in rum.
Does the rum cakes have real rum?
Yes our rum cakes are soaked in real rum.

Where are your stores located?
Our bakery is located in Miami Florida however we are not open to the public due to covid-19 but we are happy to ship or deliver your order.
Can I pick up my order ?
Yes , you can place your order in our website and pick up at our Distribution centre in Hollywood or South Miami.
Can I send you a shipping label ?
Place your order, and send us your Label and we will drop it off for free to any Fedex,Ups,Dhl .
